The temperature controls in our room could use improvement. the air conditioning wasn't quite effective. Dining options within the hotel were limited, which added a slight inconvenience when looking for meals. A greater selection would’ve been welcome.

The queen room was clean and comfy with a microwave and refrigerator. The fitness center was well-equipped. Shower pressure was great, and the decor around the bar was nice. The location is perfect for walking to attractions like the falls.

The location was amazing—just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Rainbow Bridge, making it easier to stroll over to Canada than it is to walk from the couch to the fridge! The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a park. they made check-in a breeze, and the room was clean and comfy, almost like sleeping on a cloud crafted by the fluffiest sheep in the world.

Spent a night here and loved how close it was to everything! The room was nice and clean. But, check-in was a hassle. had to pay an early check-in fee even tho the room was ready. Our waitress at dinner was super sweet—totally saved the day. The snack bar was a solid choice too!
