The location was a major plus, just a short walk to the falls, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially one member who went above and beyond to assist us with a luggage issue. However, the cleanliness of the hallways and the outdated facilities were disappointing.

I loved the location of Wyndham Garden. It’s just a short walk to the Falls, making it so easy to enjoy the sights. The balcony view of the Rainbow Bridge was a nice touch, especially during the fireworks. The room felt spacious and was equipped with all the essentials like a mini-fridge and microwave. I appreciated the clean bathroom and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and always ready to help whenever I had questions. On the downside, parking was a bit of a hassle. The underground garage looked run down and made me feel uneasy. The elevators were also dated. one even felt like it might not be safe. The temperature controls in our room could use improvement. the air conditioning wasn't quite effective. Dining options within the hotel were limited, which added a slight inconvenience when looking for meals. A greater selection would’ve been welcome.

The location was amazing—just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Rainbow Bridge, making it easier to stroll over to Canada than it is to walk from the couch to the fridge! The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever at a park. they made check-in a breeze, and the room was clean and comfy, almost like sleeping on a cloud crafted by the fluffiest sheep in the world.

Perfect location, friendly staff!
Spent a night here and loved how close it was to everything! The room was nice and clean. But, check-in was a hassle. had to pay an early check-in fee even tho the room was ready. Our waitress at dinner was super sweet—totally saved the day. The snack bar was a solid choice too!

We had an amazing time visiting Niagara Falls, especially loved the proximity to the border. The room was clean and cozy, and it felt great watching the falls after a fun-filled day. Plus, the hotel's location made our dogs feel at home too!
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided dog-friendly amenities, like treats or bowls, for our furry friends.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was clean and comfy. It had a mini-fridge, which was super handy. Location was great for getting to attractions easily, and the AC worked quietly. However, it did get noisy from the hall and the neighbors sometimes, which made it tough to sleep. All in all, a decent stay!

We loved the boat tour on the Maid of the Mist and the waterparks nearby. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is super close to everything. It’s a great spot for a group getaway. Just remember, breakfast isn’t included, but the buffet is worth it!
One night, we had a noisy baby next door, which kept us up a bit. It wasn't the hotel’s fault, but it was tough to get a good night’s sleep before our early start.
